Privacy notice

The checker runs in your browser. Postcodes are looked up with the free postcodes.io service to find the region. Nothing else you type into the checker is sent to us or stored.

If you ask for an email

When you ask for a reminder or join the waitlist, we store your email address, which you asked for, the regions and number of properties you checked, and the website that sent you here. We use it only to send what you asked for. We don't sell it or share it, except with the services that store it and send our emails.

We keep it until we've sent your reminder or the waitlist closes, then delete it. To have it deleted sooner, email hello@landlordpapers.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Visit statistics

We count visits and a few steps in the checker (for example, when a report is shown or a calendar file is downloaded), with the website that sent you here. We use no cookies, and these counts don't include anything you type or anything that identifies you.
